The Senior Materials Associate, under general supervision of the Supervisor of Materials, and following established procedures, will support the daily materials related operations of SSH. They will be able to oversee the daily operations of the department. They will be able to perform preventive maintenance on equipment. The senior associate will be proficient in all areas of materials to include: equipment, supply, receiving and distribution and maintain appropriate levels of sterile medical/surgical supplies, patient equipment and clean linen. The senior associate will represent the department in a positive and professional manner. Maintain records of assignments, service request and delivery verification. They will ensure proper training and proficiencies.

Pay Range: 18.00-24.23 an hour

Basic knowledge of computers strongly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of basic principles of sterilization and aseptic technique. Demonstrated knowledge of patient care equipment.

Work Schedule

7:00 AM to 15:30 PM Monday through Friday and every other weekend and every holiday
