Looking for a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and growth—all within one hospital? As part of our Internal Float Pool, you’ll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center. Every shift brings new experiences and opportunities to expand your clinical skills.

🩺 What You’ll Do

• Float between Med/Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 18 months of Med/Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred)
• Flexibility: Ability to meet the following per 6-week schedule:
• 2 Fridays
• 2 Mondays
• 1 Weekend

🧠 Training & Skills

• RNs receive training in:
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • NIHSS (Stroke Scale)
  • IV Ultrasound
  • Charge Nurse cross-training to support multiple units and build leadership skills

Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion and skilled communication, leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
