Our portfolio consists of over 100 products, and today we are working on one of the most extensive and advanced pipelines in Long Acting Injectables, Sustained Release formulations and Preservative Free Ophthalmics, produced in our in-house US-FDA and EU-approved facilities.

Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Production Associate LAI to join our Production LAI team at Pharmathen’s Sapes premises.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare, review and aprove manufacturing batch records and logbooks for the Production department
  • Review GMP documents
  • Take part in preparation of the Production department’s SOPs, TDRs and other controlled documents of the Quality System
  • Handle notification, preparation and completion of Production department’s-controlled documents “Change Control”, “Deviation Management Reports” and Training records
  • Handling of Electronic Quality Management System (EQMS).
  • Coordinate with various internal parties to ensure compliance of production’s quality documents
  • Data collection, data entry, data assessment and preparation of reports related to productivity, production yield, etc.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • BSc Degree or college degree

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Computer literacy (especially MS Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in similar position will be considered an asset
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work in three shifts
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple projects and meet timelines
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail, proven ability to work under pressure
