Administrative Assistant

Tallahassee State College is excited to announce a full-time opening for the position of Administrative Assistant – P04045 in Healthcare Professions. We’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to fostering a vibrant campus community. 

What You’ll Do
As Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in performing advanced clerical/secretarial and administrative support functions of considerable variety and complexity requiring exercising considerable judgment and initiative in completing assignments for a dean, manager, chair or coordinator.

We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Graduation from high school (standard high school or equivalency diploma).

• 4 years of secretarial and/or clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
