Rollenbeschreibung:

Arcadis is seeking a TA Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team in Germany. This is a 12-month contract role that can be based out of any of our offices in Germany. In this role, you will serve as an internal recruiter maintaining a requisition load of 20 - 30 requisitions at a time.

We partner with our clients across the globe to design thriving and connected cities and communities that enable opportunity for all and keep the world moving. We design connected, sustainable solutions that integrate existing infrastructure with new technologies, and optimize the mobility of people and goods.

The role of the Germany TA Consultant is critical to the success of a business. You will be building and maintaining talent pools and ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality candidates to meet demand. This role has a strong focus on relationships with the business and the candidates as well as keeping compliance aligned with the Workers Council within the hiring process.

Rollenverantwortung:

• Deliver the talent acquisition strategy for their capability to support the overall business 
• Develop an in-depth understanding of role requirements in order to scope and define quality job descriptions and create relevant ad content
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and executive level vacancies ensuring that priorities are identified and delivered in line with business strategy
• Draw on a variety of direct candidate attraction methods including, but not limited to; LinkedIn and social and professional networking sites to drive candidates to create a strong pipeline of suitable candidates.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing critical key insights into the current market and hiring trends
• Maintain relationships with candidates to build competitor insight 
• Monitor, suggest, and improve all routes to market for candidate generation
• Own talent acquisition management process efficiency and execution and ensure governance and use of TA systems for data and candidate accuracy 
• Adhere to the Arcadis recruitment policies and procedures applying best practices in recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation 
• Focus on creating a positive candidate experience regardless of the outcome
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR projects on a national and global scale

Qualifikationen & Erfahrung:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in Germany
• Deep knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage metrics and data to drive decision-making
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational objectives and needs
• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition is highly desirable
• Fluency in German and English is required
