Postproduction Coordinator

We’re Looking For A: Postproduction Coordinator 

Location: Woodland Hills, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate post-production schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.
• Oversee the workflow of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitate communication between creative teams, editors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with producers and editors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any potential issues.
• Organize and manage digital assets, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
• Collaborate with the creative team to gather and distribute required materials.
• Maintain an organized and efficient file structure for all post-production assets.
• Ensure final outputs meet the company’s quality standards.

• Works effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to problem-solve complex technical issues with a proactive eye.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and/or project requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience with Audio, Editing and Production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel
• Experience with typical production protocol and etiquette when dealing with talent
• 3 years of experience in asset management (preferred)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $24.13-$32.21, plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
