In our eyes game development is a promise for fun and entertainment - that’s what we live and aim for!</p><p>As a <strong>Senior QA Engineer</strong>, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing automation and test frameworks for a better backend and frontend stability of our game platform, focusing on applications used by our game teams as a service. <br/>You will work closely with our development teams to optimize testing standards and practices ensuring efficient test coverage. We look forward to hearing form you!</p><p><br/></p><h4><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></h4><ul> <li>Design and implement scalable automation and robust test frameworks for backend and frontend stability to ensure seamless testing processes.</li> <li>Perform advanced performance profiling and oversee end-to-end UI/UX testing strategies across all game platforms.</li> <li>Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements for continuous testing.</li> <li>Conduct security testing and cross-platform compatibility testing to identify vulnerabilities in backend services.</li> <li>Develop advanced automated tests to debug complex, multi-layered issues; and identify and resolve complex UI performance issues (rendering, lag, responsiveness).</li> <li>Implement AI-driven or script-based automated testing for game UI interactions.</li> <li>Lead technical discussions and decision-making around backend testing best practices, and guide the adoption of automation tools and practices to ensure efficient frontend test coverage.</li> <li>Collaborate with team members and our development colleagues to improve testing standards and practices.</li> <li>Contribute to the development and execution of QA strategies that align with our long-term development goals.</li> </ul><h4><strong>YOUR PROFILE</strong></h4><ul> </ul><ul> <li>Professional with 5+ years of experience in full-stack QA testing, backend and frontend automation.</li> <li>Skilled in creating reusable automation frameworks and scalable testing pipelines.</li> <li>Experience with performance profiling, debugging, and scalability testing.</li> <li>Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js and Typescript.</li> <li>Deep understanding of game engine UI workflows (Unity).</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-functional alignment on quality objectives.</li> <li>First experience in mentoring other QA Engineers, Developers, etc. in test automation and quality assurance best practices.</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><h4><strong>Why You'll Love Working With Us</strong></h4><h5><strong>A Global Team, A Shared Purpose</strong></h5><p>Our strength lies in our diversity.
