This role focuses on designing and delivering intuitive, user-centric applications that leverage the flexibility of Power Apps to meet a wide range of business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to build impactful low-code solutions.</span></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver services and solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Design and develop Power Apps solutions with a focus on creating responsive, user-friendly experiences tailored to different user roles and devices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translate business requirements into scalable low-code applications and automated workflows that streamline operations and improve data visibility</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integrate applications with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems using connectors and APIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Automate business processes using Power Automate, ensuring seamless interaction with applications and downstream systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct end-user training and develop knowledge transfer documentation to support adoption and long-term sustainment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Present tailored demonstrations of solutions, showcasing usability, flexibility, and rapid development capabilities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, and provide regular status updates</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to design documentation, implementation standards, and reusable solution components</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues</span></p></li><li><p><span>Stay current with Power Platform capabilities and roadmap updates to continuously improve solution delivery</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><u><b>What You Will Need:</b></u></h2><ul><li><p><span>Must have a minimum of THREE (3) years of professional experience</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience building Power Apps solutions, including designing interfaces, managing data connections, and optimizing performance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment and, based on client needs, may be required to work onsite up to five days per week</span></p></li><li><p><span>Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP <span>SECRET" security clearance;</span> candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
