THE ROLE

The Senior Associate, Business Intelligence is responsible for effectively managing the sales software systems for The Star in Frisco and AT&T Stadium Legends Hospitality supporting our concessions, merchandise, and operations leaders. Working side-by-side with our site leadership and Legends IQ, this role will also spearhead the delivery of business intelligence to our operators and partners at the venue. Further, this role drives the insight and adoption of best-in-class Legends IQ Business Intelligence trends and innovation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • IQ Center of Excellence:
    • Develop specific venue knowledge, including physical configuration, proposed technology, and operational processes.
    • Leverage reporting (heat maps, dashboards, presentations, status updates) standards and formats for partner and operator end-use.
    • Support or directly complete ad-hoc analytics projects as needed or required.
    • Lead monthly business review process to share performance updates and opportunities. 
    • Support best-in-class data governance to in-venue management team through data audit, upgrades, and management trainings.
  • Sales Analysis:
    • Manage and remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources to consistently improve USI and SRO systems.
    • Manage processes and tracking tools to improve cross-department business functions and effectively communicate upward and downward within the organization.
    • Create, implement, and oversee all data input and management processes to track sales opportunities, lost business, and overall pipeline.
    • Manage system and periodic accounts clean up and reorganization to ensure accuracy of data.
    • Provide systems support including training manual, dashboards and sales tools for individual sales representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements below represent knowledge, skill, and ability.

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in quantitative, analytical consulting, and/or client-facing businesses, as well as experience interacting with internal organizational leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or master’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn the business and drive insights.
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality and work well within a team environment.
  • Experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
