Teams of IT and Banking Support Activities work in an integrated, inclusive and transversal way, supporting all the business lines and country platforms.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a<strong> KYC Team Leader</strong> you will have the following responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage a team of KYC analysts responsible for conducting due diligence on new and existing customers</li><li>Ensure that the KYC team meets or exceeds productivity and quality targets</li><li>Develop and implement KYC policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and company standards</li><li>Monitor changes to KYC regulations and adjust policies and procedures as necessary</li><li>Provide training and coaching to team members to improve performance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements</li><li>Conduct quality control reviews of KYC files to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Handle escalated customer inquiries related to KYC processes</li><li>Generate reports on KYC team performance and provide regular updates to senior management</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in KYC operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role</li><li>Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and requirements</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage a team and drive results</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>At Natixis, we are committed to fostering a working environment where each and every one of our people is treated with dignity and respect and where every voice is heard.
