How You Will Impact

  • Strategically Shape Solutions: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Radix's evolving ecosystem and its role in addressing complex industry challenges, demonstrating the courage to explore innovative paths and solve difficult problems.

  • Develop Cutting-Edge Models: Train state-of-the-art generative models to address deep domain-specific problems, embracing resiliency as you tackle novel challenges.

  • Mature Data Science Practices: Design, formalize, and implement a best-in-class data science framework, leveraging both existing and new data assets to deliver measurable impact.

  • Drive Innovation: Apply expertise in statistics, ETL, business intelligence, and AI/ML to create innovative solutions that drive business value.

  • Operationalize AI/ML Workflows: Establish scalable, repeatable feedback loops to train and test AI/ML models with operational excellence.

  • Shape Analytics Strategy: Continuously refine Radix's analytics strategy and roadmap, aligning with evolving business needs.

  • Guide Data Acquisition: Define a forward-looking data acquisition strategy to extract value from diverse data sources and formats.

  • Advance Data Preparation: Lead efforts in data extraction, cleaning, and preparation for both structured and unstructured datasets, demonstrating resiliency in overcoming data challenges.

What You Bring

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven ability to map complex business problems to data-driven solutions with measurable impact.

  • Advanced proficiency in Python and its data science/AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

  • 3-8 years of applied AI/ML experience, including work with forecasting models, classification systems, and transformer-based architectures.

  • Expertise in optimization techniques, including statistical methods, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

  • Hands-on experience with tools like R, Python, SQL, and optimization platforms like CPLEX or Gurobi.

  • Demonstrated success in innovative product development and deployment.

  • Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.

  • Industry knowledge of multifamily housing or similar asset-heavy, utilization-driven business models.

  • Proficiency in leveraging heterogeneous data sources to solve real-world challenges.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.

  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining high organizational standards.
