With 8 launched and 3 pipeline biosimilars, our portfolio is poised to deliver ~$4B in revenue by 2030—and we’re just getting started.</p><p>To drive this next phase of growth, we’re seeking a <b>Global Commercial Execution Lead (GCEL)</b> <b>Sr. Mgr.</b>– a dynamic and strategic marketer who will play a pivotal role in the commercial success of three in-launch biosimilar brands, new indication expansions, and future brand integration.</p><p>Reporting to the Global commercial Execution Lead Director, the GCEL will operate as the <b>strategic and operational bridge</b> between Global Marketing Leads (GMLs), regional cross-functional teams, and ELMAC country teams. This role is instrumental in ensuring launch readiness, brand planning, and executional excellence—while adapting global strategy to local market realities.</p><p>We’re looking for someone with a <b>deep appreciation for cultural diversity</b>, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and a passion for driving impact across varied healthcare landscapes.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead <b>market readiness</b> for in-launch biosimilars (Wezlana, Amgevita HCF, Bekemv) across ELMAC.</p></li><li><p>Ensure <b>two-way collaboration</b> between country teams and global/regional stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the central connector for <b>Global-with-Local and Local-2-Local</b> integration—driving communication, competitive intelligence sharing, and peer-to-peer best practice exchange.</p></li><li><p>Shape brand lifecycle planning through local insights (e.g., transitions, new indications).</p></li><li><p>Champion <b>brand consistency</b> across positioning, messaging, and planning across markets.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and energize an <b>affiliate network</b> to share biosimilar success stories, foster market insight exchange, and support regional PMRs and task forces.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and <b>endorsement of business cases</b> for in-launch brands.</p></li><li><p>Cultivate a <b>“One Team” mindset</b>, forging strong relationships across global, affiliate, and functional teams.</p></li><li><p>Promote <b>AI and digital innovation</b> to streamline planning and monitor launch readiness.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>WIN</span></p><p><span><b>What We Expect of You</b></span></p><p></p><p>The marketing professional we seek is a <b>collaborative, culturally aware leader</b> who thrives in a matrixed global environment and understands the nuances of healthcare delivery across diverse markets.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven commercial leader with strong marketing capabilities, cross-functional execution skills, and persuasive influence across stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Deep <b>cultural sensitivity</b> and a track record of building effective relationships with colleagues across regions, functions, and healthcare systems.</p></li><li><p>Experience successfully launching therapeutic products in international markets, with hands-on engagement with local teams.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communicator and team player with a record of leading global/regional initiatives in a matrixed organization.</p></li><li><p>Ability to synthesize market data, competitor insights, and customer feedback into actionable commercial strategies.</p></li><li><p>Experience working in biosimilars, ideally in <b>ELMAC or EU5</b> markets.
