Sr. Business Analyst – Oracle EBS

We are searching for a Global Technology Business Analyst to help us apply technology to solve problems and drive innovation to serve our riders' needs.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- The ideal candidate is expected to provide expert guidance and direction for the development of technical / functional specifications, design, code, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle e-Business Suite and related systems
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our users worldwide as a technical/functional expert in Oracle R12 e-Business Suite
- Hands-on with resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with peers, business partners, and third- party consultants; work with others in Global Technology to solve problems and share knowledge
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN:
- BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of combined BSA experience with increasing levels of responsibility is preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills due to extensive interaction with end users, business management, and other support and service areas
- Ability to handle customers effectively, ability to handle multiple priorities, flexible and able to adapt to change
- Exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects and tasks
- Expert functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and its Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay and Financial modules
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle R12, underlying tables, schema, and the ability to write queries
- Understanding of middleware and integrations between Oracle and other systems
- Experience working in a product company; understanding the processes of supply, sales channels, inventory, allocation, and fulfillment
- Has led small-scale to larger projects
- Experience working with JIRA in an Agile delivery model
- Experience using Confluence and Microsoft 365 in managing Business Requirements and developing Technical Requirements
- Knowledge of other key systems: Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, Inspyrus, Oracle Fusion is a plus
- Occasional travel is required
- Passion for cycling or outdoor sports is a plus
PAY
Below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in the following locations:
California Base Pay Range: ($99,843 - $173,728)
Colorado Base Pay Range: ($94,851 - $159,250)
