Job Description

As ServiceNow continues its unprecedented growth, the company seeks to further establish its data and advanced analytics foundation and capabilities. We are building a mathematical enterprise for ServiceNow, leveraging all the data signals across the enterprise to guide business decisions. The Product Manager — Product Analytics will be a part of the larger Product Analytics team within Data and Analytics at ServiceNow, driving the development of Analytics Products including AI/ML features that form the foundation our Product and Executive teams understanding of the business.   

This position will report to the Senior Director of Product Analytics.  

We are looking for an individual that is both detail oriented and able to think strategically while adapting to our fast-paced business. The ideal candidate is relentlessly curious, has high analytical capability and is passionate about driving business decisions through data visualizations and underlying predictive models. They also need to be highly collaborative, working with Engineering, UX, Strategy & Operations, Enterprise AI, and other teams to deliver and launch enterprise grade analytics products.  

What you get to do in this role:  

  • Identify unmet business needs that can be assisted with the right data and metrics to help the BUs and Strategy teams run the business across the lifecycle of customers: from prospects (marketing) to customer (pipeline) to mature platform user; build needed analytical products, including dashboards in Tableau/PowerBI owning entire end to end development  
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML solutions to drive predictions and insights; Partner with Analysts and the Data Science/AI team to build and launch AI/ML driven features in Analytical Products 
  • Help define the roadmap and vision for how the various elements of Analytics come together creating value (decision effectiveness and speed) for end users.  
  • Drive enablement and adoption of Analytics products among various user personas ensuring increasing product satisfaction and revenue impact.  
  • Foster a spirit of innovation within the team driving recognition as a center of excellence 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business or a related field). Master’s Degree is a plus. 
  • 8+ years of experience in Analytics (Business Analytics, Product Analytics, Data Science) with 2 years in a Product Management capacity 
  • Experience with product development and managing agile scrum teams 
  • Experience designing and building ML solutions for mid to large organizations 
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI (or similar analytical packages) 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization, to both technical and non-technical audiences

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $147,300 - $257,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. 

 

Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
