Software Engineer

Role and Position Objectives:As an Advanced Software Engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team dedicated to the research and development of cybersecurity software. This team is focused on software development and system integration to enhance cybersecurity measures.

Skills and Experiences:

• Design and architect new software components using Java, C, C++, and Python to fulfill program requirements.
• Lead a small group of developers by managing daily tasks, assigning deadlines, and conducting code reviews.
• Organize, coordinate, and lead an agile Scrum team with two-week sprints.
• Act as a key point of contact to communicate technical and programmatic issues to management.
• Research, identify, and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption.
• Participate in various technical and program meetings on a weekly basis.
• Integrate Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) tools, including open-source products and API-driven integration efforts.
• Build multi-tier software solutions, including database design and integration.
• Clearable for a Secret clearance. Candidate with Clearance are highly preferred
