Role Description: The Senior Marketing Operations Manager is a smart generalist who will be help build business critical functions that help us scale. Despite having over 4 million users, we're only just beginning to build our marketing team. You'll love this role if you're a talented builder with aptitude for data, technology, and getting stuff done.

Responsibilities

• Core Marketing Functions: Develop and optimize campaign management, lead flow, and reporting.

• Systems & Processes: Create scalable systems for efficient marketing operations.

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional marketing projects and ensure alignment.

• Tech Integration: Implement tools to boost efficiency and data accuracy.

• Reporting & Insights: Provide performance updates and actionable insights.

Experience:

• 5+ years work experience

• Track record of success

• Startup experience

• Recent IC experience (This is a hands-on individual contributor role)
