Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, Benefits & Mobility, located in Raynham, MA. 

The Manager, Benefits & Mobility plays a critical role in delivering competitive, compliant, and employee‑centric benefits and mobility programs that support business growth and workforce needs. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure effective program design, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence how employees experience benefits and global mobility during a period of transformation and growth for DePuy Synthes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the day‑to‑day administration and continuous improvement of employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellbeing offerings. 

  • Lead mobility programs, including domestic and international relocations, assignments, and related policy governance. 

  • Ensure benefits and mobility programs comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, Finance, Legal) to align programs with business strategy and workforce needs. 

  • Manage vendor relationships, including brokers and mobility providers, to ensure service quality, cost effectiveness, and compliance. 

  • Analyze program performance, utilization, and costs; prepare insights and recommendations for leadership. 

  • Support change initiatives, including program enhancements, employee communications, and transitions related to organizational changes. 

  • Provide guidance and coaching to HR partners and employees on benefits and mobility‑related matters. 

Where required to be managed locally:  

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures. 

  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva. 

  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination. 

 

Qualifications 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree
