This is your opportunity to combine leadership, organization, and quality control to deliver outstanding service to our clients.What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a large team of part-time and full-time janitorial employees across multiple buildings.
- Build and maintain consistent schedules to ensure coverage during planned and unplanned absences.
- Monitor quality standards and crew performance — hold your team accountable with care and clarity.
- Partner with customers and account managers to maintain satisfaction and resolve concerns within 24 hours.
- Track and report facility-level results, including staffing, payroll, overtime, and profitability.
- Maintain adequate inventory and supplies so teams can focus on service — not shortages.
- Foster a “Team First” culture built on accountability, dependability, and a welcoming, positive attitude.

- 5+ years in janitorial, facility, or operations supervision (multi-site leadership a plus)

- Tech-savvy with mobile communication and reporting tools
