Basic Employee Responsibilities

Every Q2 Artificial Lift Services employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
• Leading by example by following established Quality, Health and Safety policies & procedures.
• Showing respect and pride for facilities and equipment.
• Being responsible – on time for work and taking breaks during designated times.
• Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request assistance as needed.
Position Specific Responsibilities
◦ Pick up and deliver tubing anchors and well-site equipment.
◦ Load and unload company and third-party trucks.
◦ Receive and stock incoming inventory.
◦ Perform manual material handling and lifting as required.
◦ Operate a forklift in accordance with established procedures.
◦ Provide spotter and helper support for trucking companies.
◦ Complete general administrative duties, including stock orders, computer work, and answering phones.
◦ Perform general shop duties, including housekeeping and cleaning of shop and office areas.
◦ Maintain cleanliness of washrooms and remove garbage as required.

Required Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Successful completion of a drug and alcohol test.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Minimum one year of delivery experience.

Physical Demands
• Lift and carry materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
• Walk and sit for extended periods.
• Frequently bend and reach.
• Drive for extended periods as required.
• Work in varied weather conditions.
