ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is seeking a strategic, analytical, and energetic Business Operations Associate to help scale Peloton for Business, the team that builds B2B experiences that customers love across Hospitality, Multi-Family Residential, Community Wellness, Corporate Wellness and Education. In this role, you will join the team supporting one of the fastest growing channels at Peloton enabling our team to evaluate performance, cultivate partnerships, and build new offerings.The ideal candidate is an independent, strategic, and analytical thinker who is a strong team player (no job is too small or too large), has an outstanding work ethic, excellent analytical and storytelling skills, and is willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• Serve as a thought partner to the Peloton for Business teams across sales, account management, marketing, product and member support.
• Support the forecasting and tracking of operational and financial goals for the business, working closely with data science, analytics and finance teams. 
• Update key performance data for the Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews and analyze drivers of performance.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to help add new member growth and boost the existing customer experience and journey. 
• Evaluate new business opportunities and build models to support the team’s vision.
• Summarize and present updates and recommendations to teammates and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the broader impacts of Peloton for Business and the incremental resources needed to support its growth.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

• 2-4 years experience in strategy, finance, or operations, preferably at a top consulting, financial services, technology or innovative consumer products business.
• SQL experience, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Exceptional relationship-builder who works well with people from technical and business backgrounds
• Knowledge or experience with Salesforce is preferred 
• Outstanding analytical capabilities, including financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated ability to automate or improve manual processes
• Ability to develop clear and compelling executive level presentations.
• Ability to work effectively and achieve results across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.
• Strong oral and written communications skills, confidence and poise in presenting to teammates and executive leadership
• Passionate about technology and fitness
• Team player - no job is too small or too large.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
