Customer Support Assistant (CSA)

Job Description: 

As an Customer Support Assistant your duties are key to the Agencies success! You will learn to;

1. Provide customer support by, greeting customers, posting payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and determining the needs of the customer

2. Processing and scanning all incoming mail; preparing and processing outgoing mail

3. Supporting Account Managers with special projects and client development

4. Obtaining the Oregon Property and Casualty Insurance License

Once licensed, you will provide additional Commercial and Personal lines support where you will receive advanced insurance customer service training and be mentored by experienced Account managers, Sales Executives and Producers. We provide and pay for license training and test. 

Qualifications

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills 

2. Detail oriented, excellent follow-through

3. Demonstrable experience with Windows, Outlook, Word and, Excel. Excellent keyboarding skills and overall computer skills

4. Ability to organize, prioritize and self-manage workload in digital workflows 

5. Office/administrative experience is preferred but not required

6. High School Diploma/GED Required, Associates Degree preferred
