Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a remote Data Integration & Automation Specialist. In this role you will leverage both human and machine capabilities to access and consolidate data across various platforms, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance business operations. Connect and integrate data from disparate applications to discover unique, business-relevant relationships. Engineer visualizations and automations that provide rapid access to insights, improving value delivery beyond traditional data management practices. *This position can work remote. 

 

The most qualified person must have a collaborative design process in mind and engage with stakeholders to continuously analyze data assets. This person will need to maintain a strong relationship with the stakeholders especially during the scoping process. 

What You Will Do

• Integrate data into automations and visualizations using tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, & Power BI.
• DoD tool integration (Envision and Advana). 
• Generate technical reports and briefings to document analyses and recommendations.
• Identify valuable data sources and automate data collection processes.
• Design and deliver clear, impactful data visualizations to present actionable insights.
• Propose solutions and strategies to address unit challenges while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Provide technical recommendations to meet near- and mid-term project requirements.
• Educate customers and stakeholders on the benefits and applications of automation and visualization methods.
• Promote the adoption and value of automated tools and data sources to improve decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scopes of work, and deliver tailored solutions. 
• Ongoing analysis of data assets and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. 
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
   

What We Are Looking For

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI for developing automations and visualizations.
• Strong customer focus with excellent communication skills and proactive follow-up.
• Ability to simplify and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Strong communication skills – ability to clarify strategic objectives to stakeholders at different levels of leadership.
• Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
