Lead RF Integration Engineer - Production

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Contribute to design reviews acting as an expert in design for manufacture, design for test, producibility, supplier capability assessments, and quality and reliability improvements.
• Design and troubleshoot RF test stations and associated support equipment for RF production.
• Define requirements for automated testing, RF test selection, and production testing and validation.
• Lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations.
• Lead the continuous improvement process of RF Systems manufacturing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 4 year engineering degree (Preferably Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Mechanical).
• 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing RF systems and New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Extensive experience in electronic circuits, design principles, and manufacturing techniques to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Software Defined Radios (SDR), Power Amplifiers (PA), Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA), filters, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

US Salary Range$160,000—$260,000 USD

 

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
