As well as involvement in day to day running of AICL’s IP licensing business, the role also involves close integration with the Finance Dept. <br/>You are responsible for the preparation of the AICL Sales, COGS and Gross margin actual, budget and forecast information along with Inventory Provisions, Revaluations, Adjustments and Remote Stock Reconciliations. <br/><u>Hybrid Working: </u><br/>At Astellas we recognise the importance of balancing your work and home life, so we offer a hybrid working solution allowing time to connect with colleagues in person at the office alongside the flexibility to work from home; optimising the most productive work environment for you to succeed and deliver. <br/><u>Key Responsibilities: </u><br/><ul><li>Manage AICL’s remote OAB product inventory including but not limited to monthly reconciliations, pre-month end checks and preparing/reviewing all inventory provisions.</li><li>Support in preparation of AICL monthly Sales and Gross margin reporting both for external use and for consolidation pack purposes along with the Monthly Product P&amp;L Report, &amp; liaising with external auditors as needed to support the half year and year end audits. </li><li>Responsible for new Transfer Price/Standard Cost setting for AICL OAB Products along with supporting the Annual Transfer Price and standard Cost setting exercise for all AICL Products.</li><li>Responsible for stock revaluations for OAB Products along with Sales price adjustments throughout the fiscal year.</li><li>Preparation of Sales and COG’s figures for OAB Products for input to AICL annual financial budget and interim forecasts for parent company and AICL. </li></ul><u><br/></u><u>Essential Knowledge &amp; Experience:</u><u><br/></u><ul><li>Previous experience in an accounting environment preferably pharma.</li><li>Expertise in utilising a SAP platform, (or similar ERP System) with knowledge of SAP FI/CO, PP, SD, and MM modules preferable. </li><li>Good working knowledge of all
