Sales Controlling Support Intern- Farmington Hills (Jan -Apr 2025)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Provide data as needed to help the sales controlling team
•    Follow up on pending contract approvals with Sales team
•    Manage sales tracking tools and report on important informatiom
•    Support with creation of sale orders
•    Assist with price entry in ERP system for specific business units
•    Assist Supervisor – Sales Data Management with special tasks
•    Verify accuracy of contract pricing prior to entry, investigate and correct as needed
•    Assist with Sales special project tasks (MORE, MLO)
•    Employee duties are not limited to those stated above but are inclusive of any tasks assigned by supervisor/manager

QUALIFICATIONS
•    Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Sales, or Business Management from an accredited four-year college or university
•    Previous sales/business experience or sales support experience is preferred
•    Highly experienced with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
•    Experience with SAP is a plus
•    Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•    Excellent communication skills, including persuasion and assertiveness
•    Analytical and multitasking skills
•    Demonstrated teamwork and motivational skills
