Location: This position will be based out of our Dallas Office.

About the Opportunity

As part of the Finance Team, you will, as a Financial Analyst within the Strategic Finance Team, play a critical role in providing financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in addition to supporting acquisition and corporate development to enhance the enterprise value of the company.

What you’ll do

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Support the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to create detailed budget plans and track progress against financial targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial health, operational efficiency, and payment integrity.
• Analyze financial data and make recommendations for improving operational efficiencies, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data is integrated and consistent across the organization.
• Support development of underwriting thesis and financial models on acquisitions and strategic partnerships
• Assist in sizing the total addressable market for solutions and market share of company and its competition.
• Present financial information in a concise, consumable manner to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
• Help drive automation and process improvements within the Strategic Finance function.

• MBA or master’s degree Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with financial software tools (e.g., Sage, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.<
