About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist - Syndications.
In this role, you will:
Partner with group managers to design and implement strategic data to meet group or company goals
Perform complex statistical analysis and applies analysis to initiatives that support business strategies
Process broad based technical and business knowledge to anticipate emerging issues
Recommend subsequent strategies and business directions
Manage or participate on large cross group projects
Make decisions on matters with some financial impact and risk
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
10+ years of Commercial Banking Operations experience
5+ years of Equipment Finance Operations experience
Experience with direct and/or third-party equipment lending operations or loan documentation
10+ years of experience working in Infolease/Solifi including payment application, research, and account adjustments
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and partners
Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, detail orientation, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to collaborate and interact with others to achieve results
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Sound analytical skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ability to initiate resolution of problems with limited supervision
Job Expectations:
Ability to work a hybrid model requiring three days a week on-site Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm
Ability to work additional hours as needed
This role is not open to relocation

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00Benefits
