Senior Consultant – (Inspection Services)

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Consultant to lead and scale strategic talent acquisition and consulting solutions within the Inspection services sectors. With a strong foundation in recruitment, account management, and cross-market business development, you will serve as a key partner to clients—driving growth while delivering tailored workforce solutions that elevate organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high-value client portfolios, ensuring delivery of exceptional recruitment and consultancy outcomes.
Lead full-cycle talent acquisition projects across technical and corporate domains.
Develop and execute client-specific acquisition strategies, aligned with industry trends and diversity goals.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities through targeted business development initiatives.
Cultivate strong, enduring partnerships through value-driven engagement and trusted advisory.
Mentor recruitment teams to elevate performance, share knowledge, and build capability.
Collaborate on HR consulting projects, including workforce planning, compensation, and retention strategies.
Represent the company in cross-regional business forums and client meetings.
Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of experience in recruitment consultancy, talent advisory, or staffing across multiple industries
Proven success managing client accounts and delivering large-scale hiring solutions
Track record of revenue growth through strategic business development
Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Familiarity with U.S. and European labor regulations and employment practices
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and team development
Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and client-facing capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of the energy, engineering, or industrial services sectors
- Experience navigating complex, matrixed client organizations
