We are looking for an independent and diligent Finance professional to join the Hill's Division, the fastest growing division at Colgate Palmolive. This high-impact role leads the annual SOX compliance program for the Division on a global scale. This person will serve as the architect of financial integrity, ensuring seamless adherence to global transfer pricing policies. You'll partner with local Finance Managers to orchestrate timely and accurate intercompany pricing changes and conduct  annual reviews of inter-company contracts with precision. Lastly, you'll provide financial oversight and leadership to a number of  global processes, including Monthly Rolling Estimate (MRE), Mar/Oct Estimates basted on the Daily Sales Flash Report, SAP user access, and the Credit Insurance program for international export markets. This is a managerial role with one direct report. 

 

What you will do: 

  •  Oversee statutory reporting, working with Tax and Legal to maintain the calendar global statutory reporting requirements, ensuring reconciliations are prepared, reviewed, and routed efficiently 
  • Work with Divisional Tax to ensure international transfer pricing compliance - including analyzing the profitability of foreign subsidiaries, coordinating intercompany pricing adjustments, issue price change communications, and intercompany contracts 
  • Lead the annual SOX program through calendar and team management, security system maintenance, design assessments and controls testing
  • Coordinate Quarterly Manual Payments, Invoices, and Purchase Order Exception review
  • Provide support during internal and external audits
  • Manage the SAP user access provisioning process and roles maintenance 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, or in another field with 7+ years of finance experience 
  • Advanced to expert-level experience with Microsoft Excel 
  • Proven ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree or CPA 
  • International Finance experience
  • Extensive working proficiency with SAP financial systems
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs)
  • People Management experience

 

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $112,000.00 - $157,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
