Family Medicine Advance Practice Provider (PA/ARNP) – FLEX CARE – 1.0 FTE Covington, WA 

Valley Medical Center (VMC) is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Flex Care APP to join our Covington Primary Care Clinic in our collaborative network where you will have easy access to system-wide support as you work alongside a highly motivated and skilled Primary Care team. We provide patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse population of patients.

 About the position:

• 1.0 FTE (36 patient care hours/week)
• Monday – Friday (5 day work week, no weekends)                          
• Provides same day and next day access for in person and telehealth visits
• Full spectrum Primary Care for clinic team patients
• Helps manage indirect patient care requests
• No patient empanelment

Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority
• At least one year of experience as an APP strongly preferred

COMPENSATION: $130,000 - $145,000
Amounts listed may include productivity, quality incentives, and/or extra shift incentives as applicable.
