Impact lives every day! The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Daycare Center Director for its top-rated preschool at 2508 Lawndale Drive in Greensboro. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!
Salary range: $44,000-$50,000, based on experience, education and credentials. Position includes quarterly bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
- Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
- Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
- Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, state licensing, and the community.
- Leverage your business, people, and marketing savvy to grow and operate your school.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous management experience in NC licensed childcare required.
