Job Description:
This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to SVP of Insurance Operations and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of account oversight for specified tier one carrier clients. Specifically, those carriers engaged in cocreation agreements to transition to CoreLogic’s Claims Workspace platform. While not having direct reports, the selected individual will be accountable for the overall success of the customer engagements they are assigned to. They will be expected build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order ensure that all customer expectations, and requirements are clearly defined, socialized, and prioritized across multiple business verticals. Mastery of influential leadership skills will be key to successful outcomes as there are multiple stakeholders across numerous disciplines necessary to support customer initiatives. Areas of coordination included, but are not limited to; design, delivery, data analytics, reporting, learning and development, customer success, support, contracting and billing.
Specified Responsibilities
- Collaborate with and coordinate internal stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Establish and maintain technical and strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders for the purpose of ensuring that the requirements and expectations of key carrier accounts are clearly defined, socialized and prioritized.
- Develop appropriate success criteria metrics per engagement, and methods to report out on progress.
- Lead and participate in routine customer meetings.
- Work closely with Customer Success Director(s) to facilitate strategic business reviews.
- Conduct routine touch points with appropriate stakeholders.
- Provide candid, professional feedback to various parties to drive actionable outcomes.
- Create a Governance structure to ensure all team members are well informed, trained and regular meetings are established for overall team and individuals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
The successful candidate should have a minimum of ten years of insurance industry, or equivocal leadership experience. They must be highly organized, and able to concurrently coordinate multiple large initiatives. They must have strong interpersonal skills and able to quickly build rapport, and trust. The ability to effectively communicate complex, technical concepts to audiences with various levels of understanding is essential. They must be able to professionally, persuasively present and defend various positions with the intent of getting stakeholder alignment. Functional understanding of property claims, estimating solutions, various claims workflows, data and analytics, and claims process is necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field of study
- Minimum Ten (10) years of insurance industry leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Functional knowledge of property estimating platforms
- Familiarity with project management
- Enterprise level customer service experience
Annual Pay Range:
