Epic End User Device Team Lead

Indianapolis, Indiana - Supporting the Metro region

(This position will be based at our Shadeland offices (250 N Shadeland Indianapolis IN 46219) with travel to other sites in the Metro region. May occasionally travel outside the Metro region. Approx. 75% on site (clinical facilities) and 25% remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs analytical, technical and administrative work in the planning, design and installation of new and existing end user devices as part of the larger Epic implementation. 
  • Plans, conducts, and supervises assignments. Works on complex, hardware, software, and application problems. 
  • Installs new hardware and maintains existing hardware. Reviews staff and project progress with manager and provides regular status reports to management.

STRONGLY PREFERRED:

  • Experience with IT deployment projects in healthcare setting
  • Experience leading small teams of contract resources in healthcare setting
  • Experience supporting end user IT equipment in healthcare setting
  • Formal or informal project management experience

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires regular travel to IU Health facilities within assigned region.
