POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Lead supports daily warehouse operations by providing day-to-day guidance, training, and support to team members to help achieve production, quality, and service goals. This role assists the Hub Manager with workflow coordination, safety compliance, training, and communication of operational needs while performing warehouse functions alongside the team.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience; $23 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions (not all-inclusive):
- Assists the manager by providing direction and training to employees within the work team to ensure production rates, quality standards, and service goals are achieved.
- Assists with coordinating daily workflow and prioritizing tasks to support operational goals and customer service expectations.
- Keeps the manager informed of production rates, training needs, performance issues, improvement opportunities, and personnel concerns.
- Performs warehouse functions alongside team members and maintains expected productivity and quality standards. Functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Locate and transfer product for daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy between physical product and order description.
- Process and sort serialized product according to company standards.
- Assist with quality control and maintenance of rental inventory.
- Prepare, pack, and label items for shipment following established procedures.
- Load and unload products, including moving items with or without rolling carts.
- Move product within the facility to support storage, staging, or shipment needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
To join our band, you'll need the following skills, education, and experience:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Six months of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience (preferred).
- Active driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed (preferred).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to complete work assignments and projects in a timely and efficient manner with minimal follow-up.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively give and receive instructions.
- Proven reliability and strong attendance record.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to train and direct others to complete assigned tasks.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude, integrity, support for company goals, and the ability to lead by example.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to encourage others to achieve department goals.
