Position Overview Level: Associate 1/2 Focus: Consumer/Retail M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

• Support execution of complex technology M&A transactions from origination through close
• Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
• Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
• Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
• Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on Consumer/Retail
• Experience supporting 2+ closed Consumer/Retail M&A transactions
• Strong Consumer/Retail proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
• Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
