Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid/Onsite)
Clearance: Ability to pass federal background investigation

About the Role

A Financial Systems Consultant is needed to support and improve financial systems and processes for a federal agency. This position sits at the intersection of finance, systems, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial business processes and requirements and translate them into system and reporting solutions.

• Support configuration, testing, and implementation of financial system changes.

• Develop and maintain financial reports and queries to support management and compliance needs.

• Identify process and control improvements and recommend solutions.

• Qualifications

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with federal or enterprise financial systems.

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and federal financial processes.

• Strong Excel and reporting tool skills (e.g., queries, report writers).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Work Authorization

U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a federal background check.

Salary - $96,000 - $112,000
