THE JOB:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused VIP Server to join our team. The VIP Server will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in our relaxed and upscale High Limits Lounge. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests have an outstanding experience by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
 

THE STARTING RATE: $17.50 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Accurately take and input VIP guest orders into the system, ensuring special requests are noted
• Communicate and coordinate with casino and hotel team members, VIP Services, Relationship Marketing and Casino Hosts as to the special needs of our VIP guests
• Stay well-informed and knowledgeable on all food and beverage menu items including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
• Deliver a personalized experience by anticipating and accommodating the guest’s preferences
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by maintaining the appearance of the front-of-house area to comply with company standards

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Four years of prior relevant fine dining serving experience in an up-scale restaurant establishment preferred
• Work a part-time schedule where your work days will vary each week
• Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Is a team player
