We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.

Position includes caring for a young boy!   Benefits: You will be working for a family that is very appreciative of what you do! You would be helping a family live their best life!   Wage: $17.66 an hour OR $256.00 a day (8 hours or more)    Schedule and Location: 15 hours a week AND 2 days a month on the weekend  •  Would take place in member home   •  Late afternoon, evening or late evenings   •  Fri, Sat or Sun or late nights during week • 5-15 hours a week    Responsibilities:  • Dressing Assist   • Grooming/Bathing Assist  • Assist with Pull-ups   • Supervise   • Meals   • Medications    Member likes  • Play Time  • Loves cars  • Racing games  • Other kid activities  • Video games • Roblox For questions or other inquiries, feel free to email us at cdwibrokers@consumerdirectcare.com
