One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/ GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1)Directing building maintenance and repair operations, (2)Managing facility projects and evaluating designs, submittals, and/or contractor work quality, and (3)Developing long term plans for renovation, construction, and demolition. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Facilities Management Leadership Oral Communication Project Planning, Design, and Construction
