You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENT. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/ GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes (1)Directing building maintenance and repair operations, (2)Managing facility projects and evaluating designs, submittals, and/or contractor work quality, and (3)Developing long term plans for renovation, construction, and demolition.
