Job Title: Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead with Oracle CX experience

Job Location: Seeking applicants local to St. Louis, MO or willing to relocate there.

Job Description: The Oracle Cloud SCM lead with CX provides end to end solutions that address Client’s business’ managed services requirements supporting production and enhancements development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Oracle Fusion production with incident management and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications. 
  • Resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Work with extended support team to prioritize and delivery the SCM stream
  • Work in requirement gathering with different Stakeholder and able to demonstrate oracle cloud functionality out of box
  • Be an active member within the company’s Oracle technology communities

 Required Skills: 

  • Strong Functional experience in supporting Order management, inventory, Oracle CX for order entry and Pricing.
  • Personalizing Oracle Dashboard based on Client’s requirement
  • Business knowledge and business analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills required to interact effectively with clients
  • Communication skills to effectively facilitate workshops  
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Supply Chain applications 
  • At-least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation of SAAS SCM modules
  • Nice to Have Skills: Oracle Cloud certification is preferred and Oracle PAAS experience is preferred
