What’s the Role? We’re looking for a Revenue and Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting month-end reconciliations for eCommerce sales across various platforms, managing accounts receivable on a weekly basis, overseeing customer credit control, and monitoring payments. Your focus will be on ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and optimizing revenue operations. What you’ll do!· Prepare month-end reconciliations for multiple revenue platforms, including Shopify and Amazon, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and addressing discrepancies.· Manage monthly reconciliations for sales tax and VAT returns for foreign jurisdictions.· Ensure adherence to accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations for compliance.· Perform audit control testing and maintain quarterly sales audit documentation. · Assess new customers for creditworthiness and update customer credit terms in NetSuite.· Conduct fraud checks, contest chargebacks, and collaborate with internal departments to address payment issues.· Help identify and make recommendations for continuous improvements. What we need from you – · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.· 2+ years' experience in revenue and accounts receivable management with a demonstrated track record of implementing effective revenue recognition strategies to enhance overall financial performance.· Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface with multiple departments, vendors, and customers. · Willingness to become an expert in our products and the science.· Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.· Up-to-d
