You will partner closely with stakeholders across the business to help bring enablement programs to life and across the finish line. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of your programs including analysis, project management, content development, execution, reinforcement, and measurement. If you have a passion for enabling winning teams, working in fast paced environments, and love to collaborate – this is the job for you. </span></p><p dir="ltr"><br/></p><p dir="ltr"><span>On a typical day, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and align a path forward, review sales calls, document processes, ramp up new hires, and create a plan for an upcoming training or project you will lead. We’re looking for someone self-motivated and detail-oriented who is passionate about driving the success of others and getting things done. </span></p><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></b></h3><ul><li><b><strong>Program Manage &amp; Own Enablement Functional Expertise:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Develop and manage end-to-end SDR enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamp, curriculum design, playbook development, and certification processes.</span></li><li><span>You will Execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives</span></li></ul></li><li><b><strong>Communication &amp; Stakeholder Management:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Partner with the SDR Leadership and key stakeholders across Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, and Business Ops to execute and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives</span></li><li><span>Align stakeholders and collaborate with the broader Revenue Enablement team to execute strategies and manage cross-functional initiatives.</span></li><li><span>Proactively surface recommendations to SDR and Sales leadership based on your ‘on-the-ground’ analysis and deep understanding of the state of the SDR business.</span></li></ul></li><li><b><strong>Presentation / Facilitation Skills:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Facilitate SDR training, including cold calling, multithreading, account prioritization, objection-handling, and qualification</span></li><li><span>Coach SDRs on processes, and new rollouts, ensuring effective knowledge transfer</span></li></ul></li><li><b><strong>Project Management:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Oversee multiple enablement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives.</span></li></ul></li><li><b><strong>Analytical Skills:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Review and analyze data to inform enablement recommendations based on business gaps.</span></li><li><span>Interpret key performance metrics to identify opportunities for impact and ensure rapid SDR ramp-up and effectiveness.</span></li></ul></li><li><b><strong>Content Development:</strong></b></li><li><ul><li><span>Create and update onboarding content for new SDRs, ensuring relevance and accessibility.</span></li><li><span>Develop documentation and reference materials to support SDR teams in quickly finding and adopting sales content.</span></li></ul></li></ul><h3 dir="ltr"><b><strong>What you will need</strong></b></h3><ul><li><span>At least 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, and/or Sales. </span></li><li><span>Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environmen
