About the Role:
As Loam’s Agribusiness Customer Care Lead, you will work to enhance our customer experience in the agricultural sector. In this role, you'll utilize your agricultural expertise to support our sales and agronomy teams, manage dealer orders, and coordinate shipping for timely delivery of products. You'll oversee the Order to Cash cycle, engage in proactive customer service, and handle customer interactions, ensuring efficient processes and resolution of client issues. Your role is key in driving product adoption within the agricultural community.
As the lead, you'll deeply understand Loam Bio's products and strategies, focusing on agricultural applications. You will conduct training sessions, lead educational webinars, and contribute to new product development with a focus on agricultural needs. Your commitment to exceptional customer service, especially for urgent issues, is crucial. Using Salesforce, you will track interactions and maintain a structured account system, playing a vital role in advancing Loam Bio's mission in the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your deep knowledge of agriculture, farming practices, and agricultural software to provide insightful support to our field sales and carbon agronomy team at Loam Bio.
- Effectively manage dealer orders and ensure efficient fulfillment processes, aligning with the specific needs of the agricultural sector.
- Coordinate shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of agricultural products and equipment.
- Oversee the entire Order to Cash cycle, from order management to invoice completion, while meticulously tracking accounts receivables.
- Engage in proactive customer service, handling both inbound and outbound call campaigns to address customer queries and foster strong relationships.
- Resolve client issues promptly, manage change requests, and drive the adoption of our products within the agricultural community.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Loam Bio's products, pricing strategies, and their application in the agricultural context.
- Identify training needs and devise effective methods to enhance the adoption and usage of Loam Bio products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead software training sessions and educational meetings, such as webinars, tailored specifically for the agricultural audience.
- Document and develop feature use-cases for new product development, keeping agricultural requirements at the forefront.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly for time-sensitive agricultural issues, ensuring a responsive and supportive customer interaction.
- Effectively utilize Salesforce for tracking all interactions, maintaining a well-structured account system for agricultural users and locations
Requirements
- A strong background in building and maintaining customer relationships in the agricultural sector, with a focus on customer care and support.
- Demonstrated skill in agricultural customer care, proficient in both inbound and outbound call campaigns, effectively resolving sector-specific issues and maintaining robust relationships in the farming community.
- Proven expertise in Agricultural Dealer Order Management and Fulfillment, adept at managing the entire process from order to delivery, tailored to the agriculture industry's needs.
- Strong experience in the agricultural Order to Cash cycle, including invoice processing and accounts receivables tracking, ensuring financial precision in the agribusiness context.
- Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, tailored to effectively discuss and resolve agriculture-related client issues.
- Advanced technical proficiency, including in-depth knowledge of Excel and a fundamental understanding of SQL, to efficiently manage agricultural data and analytics.
