Job Description:

• Administer nursing care for clients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, clients, and their families, and the referring agency.
• You enjoy working with seniors.
• Homecare experience
• At least one year as a license LPN

Requirements

Experience:

• 1-year experience as an LPN.
• Home health experience

Skills:

• Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrates proven decision-making skills.
• Must read, write and comprehend English.

Education:

• Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.

Licensure/Certification:

• Level II background screening AHCA (we will pull this up on the website)
• Health Statement within 6 months of registration date saying the caregiver is free of communicable disease
• Driver’s License
• Car Insurance card
• Proof of ability to work in the USA (could be your social), Legal residence card or work permit (if applicable)
• CPR Card (NOT ONLINE Approved by American Heart Association, American Red Cross or The Health and Safety Institute)
• LPN License
• HIV/AIDES CEU
• Alzheimer's CEU
• Professional Liability Insurance this can be purchased online

On-going referral of the LPN requires maintaining a valid LPN license in the state where the nurse practices in and a valid CPR certificate at all times.

• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance
• Manual blood pressure cuff
• Stethoscope
• Thermometer
