Automotive Parts Driver

North County Kia is looking for a full time Parts Driver to join our team. In this role, the Parts Driver is responsible for the delivery and pick up of parts and equipment for the dealership.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

• Drives automatic or manual vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to customers, other stores, and vendors
• Picks up parts and equipment from customers, stores, and vendors
• Completes a log at the time of delivery and request recipient’s signature
• Unloads truck at the end of each shift. Turn in any paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Responsible for the basic upkeep of the parts truck, including washing
• Assists with parts stocking in the warehouse as needed
• Helps maintain the professional appearance of the Parts Department as needed

What are the requirements for this job?

• A valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/and or move items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to communicate well orally and in writing with customers, vendors, and other contacts
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
