Finance Business Partner, TikTok Shop (Mandarin Speaking)

Team Introduction:<br/> <br/> The Finance Business Partner, TikTok Shop team are responsible for overseeing user growth expenses, including forecasting, expense review and approval, efficiency analysis, performance evaluations, risk management, and other finance-related activities. This role plays a key part in supporting the TikTok Shop User Growth business team by driving strategic decision-making and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.<br/> <br/> Responsibilities:<br/> - Work closely with user growth business and strategy teams, provide insightful and quality financial modelling, forecasting, research and analysis to support business decisions.<br/> - Constantly optimize the budget management processes and measurement of key metrics/targets to support the team achieve the objectives.<br/> - Provide accurate and on-time track of business financial performance, and provide deep dive analysis. <br/> - Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.<br/> - Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis along with business development progress.
