Hand Press Operator **SIGN-ON BONUS**

This role will provide full training. Successful candidates will be looking for a hands-on role, have strong math skills, and are mechanically inclined.

Once trained you will set up and operate a wide variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of our products. You will work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by the supervisor to perform production tasks.

Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (greater Cleveland area)
 

Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available

1st shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

2nd shift: Monday - Thursday 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. *Includes a 2nd shift premium.*

Your Challenge:

• Accurately following and interpreting instructions, procedures and drawings.

• Setting-up, operating and maintaining equipment used in the production of the company's product in order to carry out manufacturing processes.

• Verifying quality of product at the required intervals and verify accuracy of all work.

• May be responsible for in-process inspections.

• Checking and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances

What You bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.

• Math skills – ability to complete basic calculations e.g. converting fractions to decimals.

• Knowledge of measuring tools such as dial calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc. required.
