- Accountable domains:
- Vehicle description, condition & history ontology - reconciling disparate vocabularies and data sources into a canonical model for merchandising, acquisition, and pricing.
- Vehicle acquisition - in-house auction bidding, partner inventory feeds, managed listings.
- Vehicle inventory ingestion & lifecycle tracking - from bid through acquisition and recon all the way to listed and sold
- Pricing & bidding intelligence - customer-vehicle bid calculations, direct auction-bid automation, and retail pricing algorithms, all built with internal Data Science partners.

- Drive measurable improvements in data accuracy, latency, coverage, and business impact.
What You'll Bring

- Deep fluency in data pipelines & aggregation (Snowflake, Kafka, BigQuery or equivalents).
- Comfort translating complex schemas, condition data, and domain ontologies into user-facing capabilities.
- Commercial instincts to quantify data investments and communicate trade-offs to execs.
Nice-to-have
- Automotive, auction, or inventory-heavy marketplace experience.
- Pricing-science exposure (hedonic models, RL, dynamic engines).
- Launched internal data products that became monetized APIs/features.
Tools you’ll work with
- Generative AI toolkits, Sigma, Tableau, Snowflake, Kafka, BigQuery, Postman, JIRA.
What we’ll offer in return
