Are you ready to take on the challenge of full-cycle recruitment? As a Recruiter at Akumin, you'll play a crucial role on our Talent Acquisition team, working alongside hiring managers to develop effective recruiting solutions for some of our most critical roles including Medical Technicians, Drivers and Patient Coordinators.

Your Role:
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
Strategy: Qualify candidates and manage the interview process.
Coordination: Handle interview scheduling, debriefs, and provide hiring guidance.
Knowledge: Understand external market, hiring trends and competitors

Your expertise in sourcing strategies and managing the recruitment process will help drive Akumin's success. As a valued member of our team, you'll contribute to business critical initiatives that directly impact patient experience and outcomes.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience required.
Experience recruiting for healthcare professionals preferred.
Proven success is a fast-paced, dynamic environment required
Demonstrated sourcing skills for candidates in multiple geographic regions.
Exceptional communication skills.
Consultative approach to recruiting
Ability to drive the interview process end to end
