You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by providing safe patient care, in a emergency visit setting, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Office Location: 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 205 Camp Hill, PA 17011

Coverage area: Franklin/Adams Counties- Can be asked to travel throughout territory      

Schedule: Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8:00am to 8:00pm

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
